Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi

Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi - PhD in Law.  Over 20 years in law enforcement.

Career start (2003) — Investigator with the Lviv Police; later headed the regional Organized Crime Department.

Since 2015 — Detective at the National Anti- Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). Advanced from detective to unit head.

Candidate for the positions of NABU Director and Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).

In August 2025 appointed Director of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine (BES).

Combat participant in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in eastern Ukraine. During the full-scale war — served in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. Awarded state decorations for carrying out special missions
