Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 9th convocation and a member of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction. Since 2019, he has chaired the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy and Housing and Utilities.

He previously served as the President of Ukraine’s Representative to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and as a member of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC). He also headed the Association of Energy and Utilities Consumers. He held management positions at Galnaftogaz and Concorde Capital, where he worked in investment management.

He holds a degree in Economic Cybernetics and completed an MBA programme at Grenoble Business School.
