Higher Education: Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, the qualification of "Master of Law", National Academy of State Administration, the qualification of "Master".
2003 – 2012 he worked in the field of law, since 2012 he was assistant consultant to the People's Deputy of Ukraine.
He is the deputy of the Kherson city council of the VI convocation since 2012. Since November, 2014 he is People's Deputy of Ukraine. Andriy Gordeev is a co-author of 57 bills, which were approved and entered into force.
Since April 2016 he has occupied the position of Head the Kherson regional state administration.
