Evgeniya Blyznyuk is a sociologist, analyst, CEO & Founder of Gradus — a MarkTech company that delivers fast and reliable insights through both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Listed in the Top 50 Women Leaders of Ukraine according to Forbes Ukraine 2023 and included in the Insight250 ESOMAR Global Researchers Ranking (2025 & 2026).

Before launching Gradus in 2019, she spent over 15 years as a CMO in major media and served as Head of Analytics at the Presidential Administration of Ukraine from 2014 to 2017.

Gradus is a full-service tech research company that conducts quantitative, qualitative, and longitudinal research. The Gradus platform, which respondents can access both through a mobile application and a web interface, allows conducting marketing and sociological research. The company now operates across Ukraine, the EU, the US, and Central Asia, working with clients from PepsiCo and Nestlé to the European Commission and WHO.
