Kuldar Leis is Minister of Infrastructure of the Republic of Estonia since the 25th of March 2025. The Minister of Infrastructure's areas of responsibility include: the living environment and circular economy, maritime affairs and the aquatic environment, and mobility.

Before entering government, he had an extensive career as an entrepreneur and business executive, including leading Premia Foods and the Tartu 2024 European Capital of Culture programme.
