In 2017, she returned to the US, where she held the position of vice president of engineering in a startup incubator and continued her public activities. However, in October 2019, Lyuba returned to Ukraine, where she started working as an adviser to the Prime Minister on technology and innovation, focusing on the development of the country's IT ecosystem.
In 2020, Lyuba founded the fintech company DataOcean, and in 2022, she returned to Ukraine, continuing to support technology development and volunteering.
