Pavlo Kyrylenko

Pavlo Kyrylenko holds two university degrees. He graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine with a degree in Law and from Lviv Polytechnic National University with a degree in Public Management and Administration.

His professional background includes 11 years of service in the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office. He holds the rank of Colonel of Justice.

Since July 2019, he has served as Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Head of the Regional Military-Civil Administration.

Since February 2022, he has served as Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Head of the Regional Military Administration.

In September 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Today, Pavlo Kyrylenko is responsible for implementing state policy in the area of economic competition protection and oversees the reform of competition legislation and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, aligning them with European Union standards.
