Sergey Budkin is 1990 Alumnus of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (The Faculty of Mechanics & Mathematics, Diploma with Hons). Since 1999 he has been qualified as Certified Stock Exchange Specialist for Securities Trading (Attestation by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine).
