Serhiy Hryshkov became CEO of Uklon in 2023.
Under Hryshkov's leadership, Uklon has evolved from a single-product taxi service into a diversified digital ecosystem, bringing together ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, the Uklon Ads advertising platform, the Uklon Store marketplace, and the bus travel services Uklon Travel and Uklon Travel Bus – all within a single app.
Today, Uklon operates in 31 cities across Ukraine and in the Bukovel tourist resort. In 2023, the company expanded into Uzbekistan.
In April 2025, Uklon joined JSC Kyivstar, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyivstar Group Ltd. (Nasdaq: KYIV; KYIVW), part of the international VEON Group.
The Uklon ecosystem now serves 5.2 million active users across Ukraine and Uzbekistan, working with over 100,000 driver-partners.
Under Hryshkov's leadership, Uklon has established itself as a mobility innovation leader, becoming the first company to spark public dialogue on the development of autonomous transport in Ukraine.
Ukraine has already built a strong digital foundation in public services. The next stage is broader adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and robotics not only in government, but also in business.
This requires adapting legislation to new technologies, defining the boundaries of their use and the rules governing liability and security, and aligning Ukrainian regulation with European regulation.
What changes are needed so that new technologies accelerate development rather than regulation becoming a barrier? We will discuss this at KIEF 2026 during the panel discussion "Ukraine's Digital Acceleration: Challenges, Obstacles, Opportunities".
