Tetyana Berezhna

Tetyana Berezhna serves as Commissioner of the Ukrainian Pavilion at the 61st Venice Biennale and as Commissioner General of Ukraine at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, and Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbia. From 2022 to 2025, she served as Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. 

She has extensive leadership experience in central government. Her legal career spans more than ten years: she joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2011. She holds a law degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and completed an internship in the Canadian Parliament through the Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program (CUPP). She has also studied at the Ukrainian School of Political Studies, Aspen Institute Kyiv, the Kyiv School of Economics, LSE IDEAS and Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. 

She was named to the 2026 “UP100: The Power of Women” list in the “Politics and Public Administration” category. She is also ranked among the ten most effective public servants and politicians with a legal background by Yurydychna Gazeta (“Practice Leaders 2025”).
