Volodymyr Panchenko

Volodymyr Panchenko is a KIEF Content-director, Director of Dnipro Development Agency, an expert on economic and industrial policies.

Mr. Panchenko graduated from the International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv) and the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Ph.D. He is the author of more than 50 articles and books.

For 15 years, he has been a Director and a Co-owner of enterprises employing more than 500 people.

He held the position of a Director of the International Centre for Policy Studies, a Director of Investments Department and an Advisor to the Minister in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, led the Department of the National Space Agency of Ukraine.

He is also a Co-founder of the «KOLO» club, an author of the development strategies in different sectors.
