Vyacheslav Klymov graduated from Kharkiv Aviation Institute with a degree in Aircraft Engineering and Engineering Mechanics, from the University of New Brunswick in Canada with degrees in International Marketing and Innovation Management, and from the International Institute of Business in Kyiv, where he earned an Executive MBA. In 2001, together with Volodymyr Popereshniuk, he founded Nova Post.
Over more than 25 years, the company has grown from a Ukrainian express delivery service into the international NOVA Group, which provides logistics, financial, and IT services across Ukraine and Europe.
The group includes both Ukrainian and international companies: Nova Post, the national delivery company in Ukraine; NovaPay, a financial services company; Nova Global, which provides cross-border shipping services; Nova Digital, an IT company and a strong developer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and workload; and Nova Post Europe, which offers a full range of logistics services for individuals and businesses between the EU and Ukraine, as well as across Europe. The company has already opened offices in 17 countries, including Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, Czechia, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, and Italy. Since 2026, Nova Post has also been operating in the US and Canada.
In 2016, together with 18 Ukrainian business leaders, he founded the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP), which now has more than 800 members, and became its first president — a position Vyacheslav Klymov still holds today. The Union's main mission is to build a favorable business environment in Ukraine and protect the interests of entrepreneurs.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Council for Entrepreneurship Support under the President of Ukraine.
